Permanent Cosmetics by Randy is owned and operated by Randy Hatchell. Randy is a certified Micropigmentologist and certified in Paramedical Applications. He has successfully completed the prescribed course of study and has attained the required standards of professional proficiency in both theoretical and practical application. Randy was awarded the Outstanding Student Award from AMA upon completion of his studies. He also specializes in advanced techniques of Paramedical Micropigmentology and Multitrepannic Collagen Actuation applications.
Randy has been practicing since 2002 (Over 20 Years).
Permanent Cosmetics by Randy offers the highest aspect standards to ensure each client’s health by following strict hospital-grade disinfection and sterilization procedures as required by the CDC, OSHA and the Arkansas Health Department. All instruments are individually pre-packed and sterilized by the manufacturer and properly disposed of after each application.
